Kirsten Schneider is a seasoned litigator with nearly twenty years’ experience in civil litigation matters. For the last ten plus years her focus has been solely in employment law. She represents both employees and employers in a variety of employment related matters, including discrimination claims, executive compensation review, contract disputes, employment contract review, severance negotiation, misrepresentation, non-competition matters, and defamation actions.
Kirsten was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, in 2002. Prior to law school,
she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Kirsten is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, Washington, and Utah. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for Southern District of New York, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the State Supreme Courts of Connecticut, Utah, and Washington.
