WHAT IS A TOXIC BOSS?

What is a toxic boss?  This is the kind of boss who is hostile, discriminatory, and will engage in any behavior she or he believes they can get away with.  It is more likely that the toxicity is a direct result of the boss’s intention to make your life difficult at work so that you quit your job.  But you cannot quit, as you cannot collect unemployment benefits if you quit and you will have a more difficult time arguing for a constructive discharge if you choose to fight your termination.  What can you do?  Call an employment attorney ASAP!
