Can I yell back at my boss?  Absolutely not.  Remember, it is a privilege to work at your employer’s place of business.  That privilege can be removed at any moment. Why would you want to jeopardize your income and your career by yelling back at your boss?  Nothing positive can come of yelling back at your boss.  You should remain calm and ask your boss to stop treating you in any unkind manner and report the incident to the human resources manager or other managers.
