Mark P. Carey
Mark P. Carey, P.C. was founded in 1997 by Mark Carey, a nationally recognized executive compensation and employment law attorney. Mark is a member of the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association. He is admitted in Connecticut, the United States District Courts for Connecticut, the Southern District of New York (Westchester and Manhattan), the Northern District of New York, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Northern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark P. Carey P.C. provides representation to executives and employees in the areas of Executive Compensation, Severance Negotiation, Employment Law disputes and Litigation/Trial work in state and federal courts.
Mark graduated from Syracuse University with a major in political science/law. He received his juris doctor from the University of Dayton. He is a self-taught trial litigator and appellate lawyer, trained by the very best defense counsel and federal court judges.

Kirsten M. Schneider
Kirsten M. Schneider received her juris doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2002. Prior to law school, she completed a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Kirsten is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Washington State and Utah including admissions to the United States District Courts for Connecticut, United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Washington State Supreme Court, United States District Courts for Western and Eastern Districts of Washington State and Utah Supreme Court.
She began her legal career as a litigation attorney in Washington State with a focus in employment law. She has lived abroad near Cambridge, England and now resides in Fairfield, Connecticut. Kirsten represents employees in a wide variety of employment law matters, including discrimination claims, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, restrictive covenants/trade secrets, breach of contract, and common law tort claims.

Jill Raymond Saluck
Jill Raymond Saluck received her juris doctor from Washington University School of Law in 1995. Prior to law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Tulane University. She is admitted to practice law in New York, and will soon be admitted in the United States District Courts for Connecticut and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Jill practiced law, with a focus on employment litigation, in New York City where she worked as an associate before moving with her husband and three daughters to Westport in 2002. She now represents clients in all employment related matters.

Liz Swedock received her juris doctor from The University of Connecticut School of Law in 2009. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
Liz is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York, and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Mark P. Carey, P.C., Liz was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and focused her practice on general litigation matters, including employment law, complex commercial contracts, and business disputes. Liz is originally from Darien, Connecticut and now lives in Norwalk, Connecticut. She represents clients in a variety of matters, including employment related disputes and general commercial and contract disputes.
