After a very long morning ride I finally reached the halfway point of 5000 miles. I need to ride another 5000 miles in less than 150 days, or 33 miles per day, to reach my goal of 10,000 miles by the end of the year.
I am cycling to raise money for a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. You can help contribute any dollar amount to this worthy cause by donating HERE. For those who suffer with MS, the struggle is real. I am only a witness to this struggle through my wife’s courageous efforts to cope with MS and the MS clients I have represented before employers and large insurance companies. I can only offer words of empathy and encouragement to all. The following video is inspiring to everyone, including those who cope with MS “ When All Hope Is Lost Motivational Video.
I recommend the following video from the National MS Society entitled Knowledge is Power: Employment & Financial Security. From the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Knowledge Is Power (KIP) resource for people newly diagnosed with MS and their families. Learn more at http://www.nationalMSsociety.org/KIP
